Step 6: Coordinate Interviews.
Step 7: Evaluate Interview Outcome with Candidate and Client.
Step 8: Decision-making Process - Working with Client to finalize hiring process by providing professional opinion and all required information.
Step 9: Offer of Employment extended to Candidate from Client.
Step 10: Follow-up with Candidate and Client every 30 days to ensure service satisfaction.
